AKUMA HELMETS were designed by a U.S. Navy combat pilot. Awarded "Innovator of the Year 2009" his helmets are "State of the Art". After speaking with Rachel Rainwater we purchased a limited supply of helmets from a distributor in California Direct Debit [Cash to you].

All the helmets have dual Red LED lights in the rear, except for the Dorogon [Dragon in Japanese] which aer Blue LED. All helmets also have a focused beam White LED map light in front on the left. Pacific "Discovery 7" is a 7 seat/ 6 passenger hovercraft designed for smaller waterways and marshlands. At the beginning, Ludovic Lazareth was preparing cars / motorbikes. Then over the years he turned to prototyping and manufacturing of exceptional vehicles. A graduate of the Espera Sbarro school in 1992, he is considered the disciple of Mr Franco Sbarro (Automotive Designer Italo-Suisse). The Wazuma platform is currently. Carefully configured it is appealing to a wide range of extreme motorcycle and non-motorcycle customers. The original Yamaha R1engine based Wazuma is available in 100HP version in France and Europe (the version sold in United Arab Emirates is a tuned-up 178HP). It's basically a motorcycle that's been liberated from its frame.

Rearranged, and fitted into a custom Fiberglass, Carbon fibre, Alloy Quad frame. On the ground it’s four 18-inch wheels (8 in. wide front X 10 in. wide rear wheels & tires leave a scorching path of burnt rubber when you drop the clutch. Even the brakes are from the Yamaha R1. It has some serious power, even if it looks like it’s out of this world. For about 50,000 Euros (about $65,000 USD) you could own one too!

Quadrazuma another hybrid creations, and we discovered this all-asphalt monster quad, the creation of French car and bike tuner Ludovic Lazareth. The Lazareth "Quadrazuma" is powered by a Yamaha GTS 1000 4-cylinder engine, producing 120 hp at 12,000 rpm. Considering its curb weight of 837 pounds, performance should be, well, inspiring. The Yamaha frame is augmented with a tubular steel structure, sporting steering gear from a Renault Twingo and including two 20-liter side-mounted gas tanks. 17-inch wheels carry 205/40 front tires and 225/35s in the rear.

E-Wazuma For the motorbike enthusiast who has absolutely everything else, this Lazareth E-Wazuma Quad is the perfect very expensive gift. This bike has an electric drivetrain that makes it much more environmentally friendly than previous installments in the collection from the same designer, and a rear-based propulsion system that gives you plenty of power from the moment you start the engines. The bike is intended to be safe for use on the road, although for the time being, it remains a prototype because of its incredible power and large size. Futurevision International and it's affiliate company Shadow System has a limited agreement with Vanair Hovercraft, Canada. We finally got a video copy that shows the potential of this companies craft. It really does look like another craft named the "Griffon" but it's not! Blackbird Hovercraft Charters

Tom Murray, a former Wall Street banker, has brought his love of hovercraft to Connecticut. In May, Murray began Blackbird Hovercraft Charters, running two Vanair Vanguard crafts to stops in Rhode Island, Long Island and all over Connecticut. "I've always been fascinated with the hovercraft and researched it over several years and thought it would be a great type of transportation in and around Long Island Sound."

He said. "It flies 18 inches off the water, can go on land, ice, any flat surface."Murray said he's seen a good deal of business for the golfing set headed to Fishers Island, which is about a 20 minute ride from New London. He also mentioned that his bright yellow 42-foot hovercrafts offers quality of life by saving passengers time on crowded ferries or traffic filled highways. "You have a really efficient, exciting way to travel and it's something unique."
